About the Workshop

Introduction to Entrepreneurship is designed for individuals eager to understand the core principles of entrepreneurship and explore the dynamics of starting and running a successful business. Participants will dive into the key components of a successful project, debunk common myths about entrepreneurs, and discover innovative approaches to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey.

The workshop will introduce the concept of Human-Centered Design (Design Thinking), highlighting the importance of creating solutions that truly meet users’ needs. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of market segmentation by exploring the distinctions between products and services, as well as the differences between customers and users. Through interactive activities, including brainstorming sessions and practical tools such as mind mapping and strategic planning, participants will gain hands-on experience in generating and refining business ideas. This workshop aims to foster creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur.

By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to embark on their entrepreneurial journey with confidence and clarity.

Trainer Profile

Dania Hallab

Dania Hallab brings over 9 years of diverse professional experience, spanning HR, sales, and entrepreneurship. In 2016, she joined Intelligile as an HR consultant and CSR manager, where she honed her skills in human resources and corporate social responsibility. By 2019, Dania had transitioned to INJAZ Lebanon, where she contributed to the development and implementation of entrepreneurship curricula, provided business support activities, and coached SMEs. Her work extended to collaboration with several NGOs, including Mada Association, Arcs, GIZ, Concern, and LFPCP, where she played a key role in entrepreneurship projects. To date, Dania has coached more than 400 entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them grow and thrive. In 2022, she co-founded KnD, a consultancy firm in North Lebanon, which undertakes various projects, including business strategy development, company valuation, and business training. Dania holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Notre Dame University, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
